The Internet Marshal Service is chartered to maintain, enforce, and investigate illegal activities by individuals, businesses, groups, or any organization that attempts to use the internet for fraudulent and/or illegal activities. The Internet Marshal Service and their duly appointed Internet Marshals are continually working to maintain a safe and secure internet for the good of the general public.
The Internet Marshal Service has set up a network of Marshal's around the world working closely with many official agencies and departments to monitor the internet for illegal activities and will investigate, prosecute, and convict those who have been found to violate local, state, federal, or international law.
